Spa Etiquette


Reservations are available by phone or online to reserve your spa experience and ensure your preferred date and time. Credit cards are requested to guarantee your reservation and purchase gift cards. We are open Tuesday through Friday 9:30AM to 6:00PM and Saturday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

Alternate appointment times are available.

Unable to make your appointment?

Changes to reservation times should be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid any charges.

Service fees of up to 50% may be applicable if cancellation/rescheduling of a reservation is made with less than 24 hours notice.

Service fees of up to 100% may be applicable for missed appointments with no notice.


Prices and services are subject to change. We do not include gratuities in our pricing, they are entirely at your discretion. A 15%-20% is standard for excellent service. Our goal is to deliver the ultimate Spa treatment and a gratuity is one way to let us know we’ve accomplished that!
